Häufig gestellte Fragen (FAQ)

Das KRASO Futterrohr Typ FL/ZE ist ein Futterrohr mit Fest- und Losflansch zum Einbetonieren, das zur sicheren Durchführung von Medienrohren durch erdberührte Bauteile eingesetzt wird.

Der Typ FL/ZE wird einbetoniert, während der Typ FL/ZA angedübelt wird. FL/ZE eignet sich daher besonders für Neubauten oder Betonierabschnitte, bei denen das Futterrohr direkt im Beton integriert wird.

Es ist für Gebäude mit Außenabdichtung („Schwarze Wanne“) nach DIN 18533 konzipiert – sowohl bei drückendem als auch nicht drückendem Wasser.

Das Futterrohr ist je nach Ausführung für

  • W1 -E (Bodenfeuchte und nicht drückendes Wasser) sowie
  • W2.2 -E (hohe Einwirkung von drückendem Wasser, Wassersäule ≥ 3 m)
zugelassen.

Das Futterrohr wird fest in die Betonwand einbetoniert. Der Losflansch ermöglicht anschließend eine fachgerechte Einbindung in die Außenabdichtung.

Das KRASO Futterrohr Typ FL/ZE ist erhältlich in

  • Edelstahl rostfrei V2A,
  • Edelstahl V4A (auf Anfrage) sowie
  • galvanisch verzinktem Stahl mit Kunststoff-Futterrohr,
jeweils optional mit Spezialbeschichtung.

Eine Spezialbeschichtung wird empfohlen bei Dickbeschichtungen, z. B. kunststoffmodifizierten Bitumendickbeschichtungen (KMB), um eine sichere Haftung zu gewährleisten.

Das Futterrohr ist mit InnenDurchmessern von 80 bis 300 mm erhältlich und für Wandstärken von 20 bis 50 cm ausgelegt. Sonderabmessungen sind auf Anfrage möglich.

Nein, der Dichteinsatz zur Abdichtung des Medienrohres ist nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten und wird passend zur jeweiligen Leitung separat ausgewählt.

Es eignet sich ideal für Neubauten, WU-Beton-Konstruktionen und erdberührte Bauteile, bei denen eine dauerhafte und normgerechte Abdichtung nach DIN 18533 erforderlich ist.
