Return policy

Reception of goods

The goods must be checked for damage immediately upon receipt and, in the event of damage, a complaint must be made to the carrier or documented photographically immediately after acceptance.

Conditions for return

A return is generally possible if:

the goods are in an unused, resalable condition*
it is not a customised product
the return notification is made no later than one month after the invoice date.

* cleaning costs will be charged for soiled goods

Return terms

Please notify us of the return in written form, stating the packing slip or invoice number. Please also let us know the reason for the return. Returns must always be confirmed by KRASO GmbH & Co. KG in writing.

Enclose a copy of the delivery note with the goods so that the credit note can be issued smoothly. Without a reference, we reserve the right to adjust the restocking fee due to the additional expense.

Return deliveries to KRASO GmbH & Co. KG are only possible by free shipping. On request, we will organise a collection against freight costs (costs on request).

Restocking fee

The restocking fee is 30% of the net value of the goods according to the invoice.

Exclusion of returns

Customised products will not be taken back.
