Häufig gestellte Fragen (FAQ)

Das KRASO Futterrohr Typ FL/ZA ist ein Futterrohr mit Fest- und Losflansch zum Andübeln, das zur sicheren Durchführung von Medienrohren durch erdberührte Bauteile eingesetzt wird.

Es ist speziell für Gebäude mit Außenabdichtung („Schwarze Wanne“) nach DIN 18533 konzipiert.

Das System ist für nicht drückendes Wasser (W1 -E) sowie für drückendes Wasser bis hin zu hoher Wassereinwirkung (W2.2 -E, Wassersäule ≥ 3 m) erhältlich.

Die Montage erfolgt durch Andübeln des Festflansches an der Wand. Der Losflansch ermöglicht anschließend eine sichere Einbindung in die Außenabdichtung.

Das Futterrohr ist erhältlich in

  • Edelstahl rostfrei V2A,
  • Edelstahl V4A (auf Anfrage) sowie
  • galvanisch verzinktem Stahl,
jeweils mit oder ohne Spezialbeschichtung.

Eine Spezialbeschichtung wird empfohlen bei Gebäuden mit Dickbeschichtungen, z. B. KMB-Abdichtungen, um eine optimale Haftung zu gewährleisten.

Das KRASO Futterrohr Typ FL/ZA ist mit InnenDurchmessern von 80 bis 300 mm erhältlich. Abweichende Durchmesser und Vorbaulängen sind auf Anfrage möglich.

Nein, der Dichteinsatz zur Aufnahme des Medienrohres ist nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten und muss separat passend zum Medium gewählt werden.

Zum Lieferumfang gehören das Futterrohr mit verschweißtem Festflansch, ein Losflansch, Nageldübel, Bolzen, Muttern, U-Scheiben sowie optional EPDM-Zulagen.

Es eignet sich ideal für Medienrohrdurchführungen in Neubauten und Bestandsgebäuden, bei denen eine Außenabdichtung nach DIN 18533 vorgesehen ist.
