All KRASO Products with torque moment become now enhanced with a technical world debut: the Torque Control Nut KRASO DKM with integrated torque moment. The KRASO DKM - made of glass fibre reinforced, high-performance plastic - masters more than the usual nut: due to the low-wear slip clutch it automatically includes every product’s ideal torque moment which can easily be reached without having to use a torque wrench.
For the installation a normal socket spanner is enough, a signal which you can hear and feel indicates when you reached the ideal torque moment. This means total control over torque moment and contact pressure, over-twisting or fretting are impossible.
With the KRASO DKM the installation of KRASO Sealing Inserts, Foil Clamping Flanges, Swan Necks and Builder’s Convenience Boxes for buildings with basement - becomes simple and error-free. Another advantage: the KRASO DKM can be loosened and again tightened with the ideal torque moment – no torque wrench necessary!
