Das KRASO Bauherren-Komfortpaket - Wand ist eine geprüfte Mehrsparten-Hauseinführung für unterkellerte Gebäude. Es ermöglicht die sichere und dichte Einführung von Gas, Wasser, Strom und Telekommunikation in einem System durch die Kellerwand.
Für welche Gebäude ist das Bauherren-Komfortpaket geeignet?
Das System ist speziell für unterkellerte Gebäude konzipiert und eignet sich für WU-Bauwerke – sowohl Ortbetonwände als auch Fertigteilwände. Mit dem Außendichtelement kann auch die Einbindung in eine Flächenabdichtung nach DIN 18533 („Schwarze Wanne“) erfolgen.
Ist das KRASO Bauherren-Komfortpaket gas- und wasserdicht?
Ja. Das Gesamtsystem ist DVGW-geprüft nach VP 601 und gas- sowie druckwasserdicht bis 1 bar. Es erfüllt die Anforderungen der DIN 18533 (W1- E und W2.1- E) sowie der WU-Richtlinie Beanspruchungsklasse 1 und 2.

Das System ist für Kernbohrungen oder Futterrohre DN 200 geeignet. Der benötigte Durchmesser liegt zwischen 199 und 203 mm.
Ist das Bauherren-Komfortpaket für drückendes Wasser zugelassen?
Ja. Es ist für ständig oder zeitweise drückendes Wasser zugelassen und damit ideal für anspruchsvolle Boden- und Grundwasserverhältnisse.
Bietet das KRASO Bauherren-Komfortpaket Schutz vor Radon?
Ja. Das System ist IAF-geprüft radondicht und erfüllt die Anforderungen für Radonvorsorgegebiete gemäß FHRK-Merkblatt MB 101. Zusätzlich ist es methangasbeständig.
Was ist die DrehmomentKontrollMutter KRASO DKM?
