Thanks to its stepless onion ring technology, the KRASO Sealing Insert Universal DD can seal a wide range of external diameters – depending on the version, for example from 18 mm to 160 mm. Blind sealing without a medium is also possible.
Can the KRASO Sealing Insert Universal DD also be used as a blind plug?
Yes, the sealing insert can be used as a blind plug without a pipe or cable. The Universal 250 DD and 250 DD/T versions are excluded.
What does the split design DD/T mean?
The split versions (DD/T) are suitable for retrofitting, e.g. where cables or pipes have already been installed and cannot be removed.
Do you need any special tools for the installation?
No, the Torque Control Nut KRASO DKM automatically ensures that the correct tightening torque is reached – a torque wrench is not required.
