Der KRASO Dichteinsatz Typ Blind wird zum dauerhaften Verschließen von Kernbohrungen oder Futterrohren eingesetzt, wenn keine Medienleitung durchgeführt wird. Er schützt zuverlässig vor Wasser, Gas, Gerüchen und Radon.

Die Unterschiede liegen in der Dichtbreite und Wasserdruckbeständigkeit:

  • Blind ED: einfach dichtend, 20 mm Dichtung, bis 1 bar
  • Blind DD: doppelt dichtend, 40 mm Dichtung, bis 3 bar
  • Blind VD: vierfach dichtend, 80 mm Dichtung, bis 8 bar

Ja. Je nach Ausführung ist der Dichteinsatz für drückendes Wasser bis zu 8 bar (VD) ausgelegt. Das System erfüllt die WU-Richtlinie Beanspruchungsklasse 1 und 2.

Der KRASO Dichteinsatz Typ Blind ist für Kernbohrungen und Futterrohre von DN 80 bis DN 500 erhältlich. Abweichende Durchmesser können auf Anfrage gefertigt werden.

Ja, der KRASO Dichteinsatz eignet sich ideal für nachträgliche Abdichtungen in bestehenden Kernbohrungen oder Futterrohren und lässt sich einfach montieren.

Nein. Dank der DrehmomentKontrollMutter KRASO DKM stellt sich das richtige Anzugsmoment automatisch ein – ganz ohne Drehmomentschlüssel.

Ja. Der Dichteinsatz ist gas- und geruchsdicht und erfüllt die Anforderungen der TA-Luft. Zusätzlich wurde die Gasdichtheit nach DIN EN 13611 geprüft.

Ja. Die Radondichtigkeit wurde IAF-geprüft. Der Dichteinsatz erfüllt die Anforderungen für Radonvorsorgegebiete gemäß FHRK Merkblatt MB 101.

Der Dichteinsatz besteht aus 5 mm starken Klemmplatten aus Edelstahl V2A sowie einer speziell entwickelten hochwertigen Gummimischung. Optional ist eine Ausführung in Edelstahl V4A erhältlich.
