Häufig gestellte Fragen (FAQ)

Der KRASO Dichteinsatz Typ FBV/GF ist ein Dichtungssystem zur wasserdichten Durchführung von Kabeln und Rohren durch Wände. Er eignet sich für Kernbohrungen oder Futterrohre und wird bei Bauwerken mit Folienabdichtung eingesetzt.

FBV steht für FrischBetonVerbundabdichtung, GF für GroßFlansch. Der Dichteinsatz verfügt über einen GroßFlansch mit zusätzlichem Dichtungsflansch, um eine sichere Anbindung an FBV-Folien zu ermöglichen.

Der Dichteinsatz ist für Kabel und Rohre geeignet. Je nach Ausführung können Außendurchmesser von 0 mm bis maximal 475 mm abgedichtet werden.

Er kann sowohl in Kernbohrungen als auch in Futterrohren eingesetzt werden. Verfügbare Nennweiten reichen von 80 mm bis 500 mm, mit jeweils definierten Toleranzbereichen.

Ja. Der Dichteinsatz ist gegen drückendes Wasser bis 2,5 bar geprüft und erfüllt die Anforderungen der WU-Richtlinie für Beanspruchungsklasse 1 und 2.

Ja, der KRASO Dichteinsatz Typ FBV/GF ist speziell für den Einsatz in WU-Beton-Bauwerken geeignet und erfüllt die entsprechenden Richtlinien.

Der Dichteinsatz besteht aus rostfreiem Edelstahl V2A und hochwertigen Dichtmaterialien. Dadurch ist er korrosionsbeständig und langlebig.
