Das KRASO Futterrohr Typ FBV-FE ist ein dickwandiges Kunststoff-Futterrohr im Echtmaß, das zum Einbetonieren vorgesehen ist. Es dient als sichere Aussparung für den späteren Einbau von Kabeln oder Rohren und ist speziell für die Anbindung an Frischbetonverbundabdichtungen (FBV) entwickelt.

Das Futterrohr wird für Wanddurchführungen verwendet, bei denen eine dauerhaft dichte Anbindung an Frischbetonverbundfolien erforderlich ist – zum Beispiel bei Gebäuden mit WU-Beton.

Die Folie des KRASO Futterrohr Typ FBV-FE ist herstellerunabhängig. Frischbetonverbundfolien sämtlicher Hersteller können werkseitig systemkonform integriert werden.

Ja, das Futterrohr ist druckwasserdicht. Die umlaufende KRASO Vierstegdichtung sorgt für eine geprüfte, druckwasser-, gas- und geruchsdichte Verbindung mit dem Beton.

Echtmaß bedeutet, dass der Innendurchmesser exakt dem angegebenen Maß entspricht. Dadurch können nachträglich Kabel- oder Rohrdurchführungen mit passenden Dichteinsätzen sicher eingebaut werden.

Das KRASO Futterrohr Typ FBV-FE ist für die WU-Richtlinie gemäß Beanspruchungsklasse 1 und 2 geeignet und kann somit auch bei drückendem Wasser eingesetzt werden.

Ja, das Futterrohr ist IAF-geprüft und als radondicht zertifiziert. Es eignet sich daher auch für Bauvorhaben mit erhöhten Anforderungen an den Radonschutz.

Das Futterrohr besteht aus wetterbeständigem und schlagfestem Kunststoff. Die KRASO Vierstegdichtung ist fest mit dem Rohr vulkanisiert und sorgt für eine dauerhaft sichere Abdichtung im Beton.

Zum Lieferumfang gehören das KRASO Futterrohr Typ FBV-FE, zwei KRASO Deckel als Einbauhilfe sowie eine KRASO FBV-Dichtungsmanschette aus Edelstahl V2A mit 20 cm umlaufender Frischbetonverbundfolie.

Ja, das Futterrohr ist in mehreren Innendurchmessern von 100 bis 300 mm erhältlich. Zusätzlich stehen verschiedene Standard-Wandstärken zur Auswahl. Abweichende Durchmesser und Wandstärken sind auf Anfrage möglich.
