Häufig gestellte Fragen (FAQ)

Das KRASO Flanschrohr KG ist ein Rohrdurchführungselement für den nachträglichen Einbau, mit dem KG/HT - Grundleitungen sicher durch Wände oder Bodenplatten geführt und dauerhaft abgedichtet werden.

Es wird eingesetzt, um Abwasserleitungen in Neubauten oder bei Sanierungen zuverlässig an die Bauwerksabdichtung anzuschließen – insbesondere bei Schwarzabdichtungen („Schwarze Wanne“).

Das Flanschrohr eignet sich für:

  • Bitumen- und Reaktivabdichtungen
  • Schweißbahnen 
  • Beton- und Mauerwerksabdichtungen 
Es ist ideal zur Einbindung in die Schwarzabdichtung nach DIN 18533.

Ja. Das KRASO Flanschrohr KG ist druckwasserdicht bis 1,5 bar und wurde MPA-geprüft. Dadurch eignet es sich auch für Gebäude mit zeitweise oder dauerhaft anstehendem Wasser.

Das Produkt erfüllt die Anforderungen der DIN 18533 (W1 -E und W2.1 -E). Das Rohrmaterial entspricht außerdem der DIN EN 1401 (KG-Rohr).

Das Flanschrohr besteht aus hochwertigem, form- und druckstabilem Vollwandmaterial mit geringem Abrieb. Es ist auch bei niedrigen Temperaturen gut zu verarbeiten. Der 15 cm umlaufende Folienflansch ist öl- und bitumenbeständig.

Das KRASO Flanschrohr KG ist in den Durchmessern DN 110, 125, 160, 200, 250, 315, 400 und 500 erhältlich. Die Standard-Lieferlänge beträgt 50 cm.

Ja. Abweichende Durchmesser und Längen ab 50 cm sind auf Anfrage möglich.

Der umlaufende KRASO Folienflansch (ca. 15 cm) wird mit dem Kleb- und Dichtstoff KRASO PU 50 in die Flächenabdichtung eingebunden. Die alte Schwarzabdichtung muss vorher im Bereich des Folienflansches entfernt werden.

Das Produkt eignet sich sowohl für Neubauten als auch Sanierungen und ist zum nachträglichen Einbau von Grundleitungen konzipiert.
