Häufig gestellte Fragen (FAQ)

Das KRASO Faserzementfutterrohr ist eine Aussparung für WU-Betonkonstruktionen, durch die später Kabel oder Rohre druckwasserdicht geführt werden. Es wird direkt einbetoniert und bildet die Basis für eine sichere Durchführung mit passenden Dichteinsätzen.

Das Futterrohr wird in WU-Beton („Weiße Wanne“) eingebaut, um Medienleitungen wie Strom-, Wasser-, Abwasser- oder Kommunikationskabel durch Wände zu führen.

Ja. Durch die umlaufende Außenprofilierung verbindet sich das Rohr homogen mit dem Beton und ist MPA-geprüft bis 5 bar druckwasserdicht.

Ja. Das KRASO Faserzementfutterrohr entspricht der WU-Richtlinie für Beanspruchungsklasse 1 und 2 und ist damit für dauerhaft wasserundurchlässige Bauwerke geeignet.

Ja. Das Produkt ist radonsicher gemäß FHRK Merkblatt MB 101 und trägt das Quality-Siegel des FHRK e. V.

Das Futterrohr ist mit Innendurchmessern von 80 mm bis 800 mm erhältlich. Standard-Wandstärken reichen von 20 cm bis 120 cm. Sonderdurchmesser und Sonderwandstärken sind auf Anfrage möglich.

Nein. Dichteinsätze sind nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten und müssen separat passend zu Medium und Durchmesser ausgewählt werden.

Ja. Das Rohr entspricht der Brandschutzklasse A1 nach DIN EN 13501-1 und ist somit nicht brennbar.

Faserzement besitzt einen ähnlichen Ausdehnungskoeffizienten wie WU-Beton. Dadurch entstehen keine Spannungen oder Undichtigkeiten zwischen Beton und Futterrohr.

Ja. Optional ist eine KRASO Einbau- / Schalungshilfe erhältlich, die den exakten Sitz und die sichere Fixierung des Futterrohrs beim Betonieren erleichtert.
