Was ist das KRASO Futterrohr Typ DFW/FE?
Das KRASO Futterrohr Typ DFW/FE ist ein dickwandiges Kunststoff-Futterrohr für den Einbau in Dreifachwände. Es wird einbetoniert und dient als druckwasserdichte Aussparung für die spätere Durchführung von Kabeln und Rohren.
Für welche Wände ist das KRASO Futterrohr DFW/FE geeignet?
Das Futterrohr ist speziell für Dreifachwandelemente (z. B. Fertigteilwände) konzipiert. Anstehendes Wasser wird bereits in der Außenschale sicher gestoppt.
Ist das KRASO Futterrohr druckwasserdicht?
Ja. Je nach Ausführung ist das Futterrohr MPA-geprüft bis 3,5 bar oder bis 10 bar und erfüllt die Anforderungen der WU-Richtlinie Beanspruchungsklasse 1 + 2.
Worin unterscheiden sich die Typen DFW/FE 4, 6 und 8?
- DFW/FE 4: Beidseitige KRASO Doppelstegdichtung, geprüft bis 3,5 bar
- DFW/FE 6: Einseitige Doppelstegdichtung + mittige Vierstegdichtung, geprüft bis 10 bar
- DFW/FE 8: Beidseitige Doppelstegdichtung + mittige Vierstegdichtung, geprüft bis 10 bar.
Welche Durchmesser und Wandstärken sind verfügbar?
Standardmäßig sind InnenDurchmesser von 100 bis 300 mm sowie Wandstärken von 20 bis 50 cm erhältlich. Abweichende Durchmesser und Wandstärken sind auf Anfrage möglich.
Können Kabel und Rohre nachträglich eingebaut werden?
Ja. Das Futterrohr dient als Aussparung für den nachträglichen Einbau von Kabeln und Rohren mittels passendem Dichteinsatz (nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten).
Was gehört zum Lieferumfang des KRASO Futterrohrs?
Im Lieferumfang enthalten sind:
- KRASO Futterrohr Typ DFW/FE (4, 6 oder 8)
- 2 KRASO Deckel als Einbauhilfe
Ist das KRASO Futterrohr geprüft und zertifiziert?
Ja. Das Produkt ist mit dem Quality Siegel des FHRK e. V. ausgezeichnet und verfügt über mehrere Prüfberichte und Zertifikate (u. a. MPA-Prüfungen).
Wie erfolgt der Einbau des KRASO Futterrohrs?
Das Futterrohr wird beim Betonieren in die Dreifachwand eingesetzt. Die mitgelieferten Deckel dienen als Einbauhilfe und schützen das Rohr während des Betonierens.
