Das KRASO Futterrohr Typ FE und FE/MI ist ein dickwandiges Kunststoff-Futterrohr im Echtmaß zum Einbetonieren. Es dient als dauerhafte Aussparung für die spätere Durchführung von Kabeln oder Rohren mit passenden Dichteinsätzen.

Worin besteht der Unterschied zwischen Typ FE und Typ FE/MI?

Typ FE ist ein klassisches Futterrohr im Echtmaß. Typ FE/MI besitzt zusätzlich einen stabilisierenden Innenkern, Anbindeösen, eine Schubverzahnung sowie eine Fixkralle als Einbauhilfe.

Für welche Anwendungen eignen sich die KRASO Futterrohre?

Die Futterrohre eignen sich als Durchführung für Kabel und Rohre in wasserundurchlässigen Bauwerken gemäß WU-Richtlinie.

Sind die KRASO Futterrohre wasserdicht, gasdicht und radondicht?

Ja. Durch die Kombination mit der KRASO Vierstegdichtung sind die Futterrohre bis 10 bar wasserdicht, gas- und geruchsdicht sowie IAF-geprüft radondicht. Die KRASO Vierstegdichtung ist MPA-geprüft und erfüllt die Anforderungen der TA-Luft.

Welche Durchmesser und Wandstärken sind verfügbar?

Die KRASO Futterrohre sind für alle gängigen Innendurchmesser von 80 mm bis 1000 mm erhältlich. Standard-Wandstärken liegen je nach Ausführung zwischen 20 cm und 100 cm. Abweichende Maße sind auf Anfrage möglich.

Sind die Futterrohre für WU-Beton geeignet?

Ja. Die KRASO Futterrohre erfüllen die Anforderungen der WU-Richtlinie für Beanspruchungsklasse 1 und 2 und sind für wasserundurchlässige Bauwerke zugelassen.

Was ist im Lieferumfang enthalten?

Beim KRASO Futterrohr Typ FE sind zwei KRASO Deckel als Einbauhilfe enthalten. Beim Typ FE/MI ist zusätzlich eine Fixkralle als Einbauhilfe im Lieferumfang enthalten. Dichteinsätze sind nicht enthalten.

Muss das Futterrohr vor dem Einbau vorbehandelt werden?

Nein. Eine Vorbehandlung ist nicht notwendig. Die Futterrohre sind sofort einbaubereit und werden direkt einbetoniert.
