Häufig gestellte Fragen (FAQ)

Die KRASO Wanddurchführung Typ Universal für KG 2000 dient zur sicheren und druckwasserdichten Durchführung von KG 2000 - Grundleitungen durch WU-Betonwände. Sie wird z. B. bei Neubauten, Kellern oder Tiefgaragen eingesetzt.

Die Wanddurchführung ist speziell für KG 2000 - Rohre nach DIN EN 14758 ausgelegt. Je nach Ausführung können KG 2000 - Grundleitungen beidseitig angeschlossen oder durchgeschoben werden.

  • Typ Universal B verfügt über beidseitig angeformte Steckmuffen zum direkten Anschluss von KG 2000 - Grundleitungen.
  • Typ Universal D besitzt eine integrierte Durchschiebemuffe und eignet sich, wenn das Rohr durch die Wand hindurchgeschoben werden soll.

Ja. Die umlaufende KRASO Vierstegdichtung ist MPA-geprüft bis 10 bar und erfüllt die Anforderungen der WU-Richtlinie für Beanspruchungsklasse 1 und 2.

Ja. Die KRASO Wanddurchführung Typ Universal für KG 2000 ist IAF-geprüft radondicht und eignet sich damit auch für Gebäude in Radonvorsorgegebieten.

Die Wanddurchführung für KG 2000 besteht aus mineralverstärktem Polypropylen (PP). Das Material ist glattwandig, langlebig, korrosionsbeständig und für den dauerhaften Einsatz im Erdreich geeignet.

Je nach Nennweite ist die Wanddurchführung für folgende Wandstärken ausgelegt:

  • DN 110: ca. 15 – 30 cm
  • DN 125: ca. 17,5 – 30 cm
  • DN 160: ca. 20 – 36,5 cm.
Dank der Markierungen kann die Durchführung einfach auf der Baustelle gekürzt werden.

Ja. Die KRASO Wanddurchführung Typ Universal für KG 2000 ist für den Einbau in wasserundurchlässigen Beton (WU-Beton) konzipiert und entspricht den geltenden Normen und Richtlinien.

Im Lieferumfang sind enthalten:

  • KRASO Typ Universal B oder D für KG 2000
  • 2 KRASO Deckel als Einbauhilfe.
Die Deckel erleichtern die Montage und schützen die Durchführung während des Betonierens.

Ja. Abweichende Durchmesser und Wandstärken können auf Anfrage gefertigt werden. So lässt sich die Wanddurchführung optimal an projektspezifische Anforderungen anpassen.
