Häufig gestellte Fragen (FAQ)

Der KRASO Dichteinsatz Typ IN-GR - geteilt - ist eine Innenabdichtung für gerippte Kabelschutzrohre (Typ-R / Wellrohre). Er dient zur wasserdichten Durchführung von einer oder mehreren Medienleitungen oder Kabeln innerhalb des Rohres.

Der Dichteinsatz Typ IN-GR - geteilt - ist speziell für gerippte Medienrohre und Kabelschutzrohre Typ-R ausgelegt und passt je nach Ausführung zu Wellrohren mit Nennweiten DN 90, DN 110 und DN 160.

Dank der stufenlosen Scheibentechnik können Kabel und Medienleitungen mit sehr unterschiedlichen Außendurchmessern (z. B. von 5 mm bis 48 mm) sicher abgedichtet werden – auch bei Mehrfachdurchführungen.

„Geteilt“ bedeutet, dass der Dichteinsatz nachträglich montiert werden kann. Bereits verlegte Kabel oder Rohrleitungen müssen nicht demontiert oder getrennt werden, was Zeit und Aufwand auf der Baustelle spart.

Ja. Der KRASO Dichteinsatz Typ IN-GR - geteilt - erfüllt die WU-Richtlinie (Beanspruchungsklasse 1 und 2) und eignet sich damit für wasserundurchlässige Bauwerke wie Keller, Bodenplatten oder Technikräume.

Die KRASO DKM sorgt für ein automatisch korrektes Anzugsmoment, ganz ohne Drehmomentschlüssel. Dadurch wird eine gleichmäßige, sichere Abdichtung gewährleistet und Montagefehler werden vermieden.

Der Dichteinsatz besteht serienmäßig aus rostfreiem Edelstahl V2A und verfügt über eine 30 mm starke Dichtung. Optional ist eine Ausführung in Edelstahl V4A gegen Aufpreis erhältlich.

Ja. Je nach Ausführung sind Mehrfachdurchführungen mit bis zu sechs Kabeln möglich. Alternativ kann der Dichteinsatz auch blind, also ohne Leitung, eingesetzt werden.

Ja. Der KRASO Dichteinsatz ist mit dem Quality-Siegel des FHRK e. V. ausgezeichnet und wird durch Prüfberichte und Zertifikate bestätigt.

Ja. Abweichende Größen und Durchmesser sind auf Anfrage erhältlich. KRASO bietet zudem projektspezifische Sonderlösungen, wenn Standardgrößen nicht ausreichen.
