Der KRASO Folienklemmflansch Typ FKF DD/GR dient zur sicheren Abdichtung von Medienleitungen (z. B. Rohre oder Kabel) vor einer Wand oder in einer Kernbohrung. Er bindet die Leitung dauerhaft und wasserdicht in Flächenabdichtungen und Abdichtungsbahnen ein.

Der Folienklemmflansch Typ FKF DD/GR ist für gerippte Medienrohre. Dank der speziell weichen Dichtung passt er sich auch unebenen oder gewellten Oberflächen zuverlässig an.

Der KRASO Folienklemmflansch Typ FKF DD/GR ist MPA-geprüft und druckwasserdicht bis 1 bar. Damit ist er auch für Anwendungen mit drückendem Wasser geeignet.

Ja, der Folienklemmflansch entspricht den Anforderungen der DIN 18533 für die Wassereinwirkungsklassen W1 -E und W2.1 -E und ist zusätzlich in Anlehnung an DIN 16937 gefertigt.

Der Folienflansch kann werkseitig auf die Abdichtungsbahn angepasst werden, z. B. PVC, EPDM, FPO, PP, PE, RESITRIX®, PYE-PV 200 S5 oder KRASO-Fol sind möglich.

Die KRASO DKM sorgt für ein automatisch korrektes Anzugsmoment, ohne dass ein Drehmomentschlüssel benötigt wird. Sie sorgt für gleichmäßigen Anpressdruck und verhindert Montagefehler.

Ja, der KRASO Folienklemmflansch Typ FKF DD/GR kann sowohl im Neubau als auch in der Sanierung eingesetzt werden. Er ist in verschiedenen Ausführungen erhältlich, z. B. geteilt oder ungeteilt, vor der Wand oder in der Kernbohrung.

Alle Metallkomponenten bestehen aus rostfreiem Edelstahl V2A, was eine hohe Korrosionsbeständigkeit und lange Lebensdauer gewährleistet.

Ja, abweichende Größen und Durchmesser sind auf Anfrage lieferbar. Ab 200 mm Außendurchmesser wird der Folienklemmflansch mit einer 60 mm breiten Dichtung ausgeführt.
