Die KRASO Bodendurchführung Typ FBV-BDF ist eine spezielle Bodendurchführung zur systemkonformen Anbindung an Frischbetonverbundabdichtungen (FBV). Sie sorgt für eine sichere, druckwasserdichte Rohrdurchführung durch Bodenplatten aus WU-Beton.

Die Bodendurchführung kann mit Frischbetonverbundfolien aller gängigen Hersteller kombiniert werden. Die FBV-Folie ist herstellerunabhängig und wird bereits werkseitig in das System integriert.

Ja, die KRASO Bodendurchführung Typ FBV-BDF ist für die WU-Richtlinie – Beanspruchungsklasse 1 und 2 geeignet und damit für wasserundurchlässige Bauwerke zugelassen.

Ja, die integrierte KRASO Vierstegdichtung ist MPA-geprüft bis 10 bar und gewährleistet eine dauerhaft sichere Abdichtung gegen drückendes Wasser.

Die Bodendurchführung verfügt über eine einseitig angeformte Steckmuffe zum Anschluss von KG-/HT- oder KG-2000-Rohren (KRASO Typ FBV-BDF für KG 2000). Es sind verschiedene Durchmesser von DN 110 bis DN 500 erhältlich.

Die KRASO DKM ist eine spezielle Mutter, die ein automatisch korrektes Drehmoment erzeugt – ganz ohne Drehmomentschlüssel. Dadurch wird eine sichere und fehlerfreie Montage gewährleistet.

Die Bodendurchführung besteht aus form- und druckstabilem Vollwandmaterial mit geringem Abrieb. Dadurch ist sie besonders robust und kann auch bei niedrigen Temperaturen eingebaut werden.

Zum Lieferumfang gehören:

  • KRASO Bodendurchführung Typ FBV-BDF bzw. Typ FBV-BDF für KG 2000
  • KRASO FBV-Dichtungsmanschette aus Edelstahl V2A mit 20 cm umlaufender, eckiger FBV-Folie
  • KRASO Deckel als Bauzeitschutzdeckel
