Die KRASO Kabeldurchführung FBV-KDS ist ein Kabeldurchführungssystem zum Einbetonieren, das speziell für die systemkonforme Anbindung an Frischbetonverbundabdichtungen (FBV) entwickelt wurde.

Die Folie der Kabeldurchführung ist herstellerunabhängig: Frischbetonverbundfolien sämtlicher Hersteller können werkseitig systemkonform integriert werden, z. B. von Sika oder BAS.

Doppeldichtpackung bedeutet, dass die Kabeldurchführung beidseitig steckbar ist und mehrere KRASO FBV-KDS zu Paketen zusammengesteckt werden können.

Ja, das System ist dank der umlaufenden KRASO Vierstegdichtung druckwasserdicht und erfüllt die Anforderungen der WU-Richtlinie für Beanspruchungsklasse 1 und 2.

Die KRASO Kabeldurchführung FBV-KDS ist für viele Standard-Wandstärken verfügbar, unter anderem 15, 20, 25, 30, 40 und 50 cm sowie weitere Abstufungen dazwischen.

Das System eignet sich besonders für komplexe Neubauten, z. B. öffentliche Gebäude, Kliniken, technisch-naturwissenschaftliche Einrichtungen sowie Industrie- und Gewerbebauten.

Die KRASO FBV-Dichtungsmanschette besteht aus rostfreiem Edelstahl V2A und ist mit einer 20 cm umlaufenden, eckigen Frischbetonverbundfolie ausgestattet.

Ja, die KRASO FBV-KDS ist beidseitig steckbar und ermöglicht so eine Paketbildung mehrerer Durchführungselemente.

Im Lieferumfang enthalten sind die KRASO FBV-KDS 90 oder 150 als Doppeldichtpackung, zwei KDS-Verschlussdeckel sowie die KRASO FBV-Dichtungsmanschette mit Frischbetonverbundfolie.

Der Unterschied liegt im Durchmesser der Kabeldurchführung. Die Variante FBV-KDS 150 eignet sich für größere Kabelbündel bzw. Durchmesser und bietet entsprechend mehr Platz.
