Die KRASO Wanddurchführung Typ FBV-FR ist eine spezielle Wanddurchführung zur systemkonformen Anbindung von Frischbetonverbundabdichtungen (FBV) an Rohrleitungen in WU-Beton-Bauteilen.

Die Wanddurchführung kann herstellerunabhängig mit allen gängigen Frischbetonverbundfolien kombiniert werden, die im Markt verfügbar sind.

Durch die konstruktive Ausführung können Abwasserrohre ihre natürliche Fließrichtung beibehalten. Das reduziert Kanten, vermeidet Ablagerungen und minimiert das Risiko von Verstopfungen.

Ja, die integrierte KRASO Vierstegdichtung ist bis 10 bar druckwasserdicht und schützt zuverlässig vor eindringendem Wasser und Radon.

Die KRASO Wanddurchführung Typ FBV-FR ist für die Beanspruchungsklassen 1 und 2 gemäß WU-Richtlinie zugelassen.

Die Wanddurchführung ist in den Nennweiten DN 110, DN 125 und DN 160 erhältlich. Bei einer Wandstärke von 20 cm ist ausschließlich DN 110 verfügbar.

Standardmäßig ist die Wanddurchführung für Wandstärken von 20, 24, 25 und 30 cm lieferbar.

Im Lieferumfang enthalten sind:

  • KRASO Wanddurchführung Typ FBV-FR oder FBV-FR für KG 2000
  • 2 KRASO Deckel als Einbauhilfe
  • KRASO FBV-Dichtungsmanschette aus Edelstahl V2A mit 20 cm umlaufender Frischbetonverbundfolie

Ja, es ist eine spezielle Ausführung für KG 2000 Rohre aus Polypropylen (PP) erhältlich. Diese Variante ist jedoch nicht für Wandstärken von 20 cm verfügbar.

Dank der DrehmomentKontrollMutter KRASO DKM wird automatisch das richtige Drehmoment erreicht – ganz ohne Drehmomentschlüssel. Das sorgt für eine sichere und normgerechte Montage.
